FC3 HAITI – Special Requests
Posted: January 20, 2010 Filed under: More FC3 Leave a commentFriends,
For a limited time I am willing to take special requests to get things moving and start getting the donations to Architecture for Humanity as quickly as possible so that our donations can make the most good in a timely manner.
Here is an example. Donor #3 sent me this photo and I processed variations on the original which you can see here. The final version chosen is this one.
If you would like to see one of your photographs or mine re-edited please email me and I will try to accommodate the best I can.
If you are not interested in purchasing FC3 HAITI Artwork, please consider giving directly to the Non-Profit Organization. Or click here for 10 Ways to Get Involved.
The land we bought was literally “the site from hell,” but [design fellow] Matt Miller managed to design “pods” that we will be able to replicate on any site. I really think it could be the best built school in rural Uganda. Plus, he taught local community members so many new techniques that will help them (and us) in future building. —Carol Auld, client
If you have any questions or suggestions regarding this effort or would like to get involved to help our cause please contact me via text, email, or phone.
Thank you!
Sincerely,
